Settlement refund/credit
Some time ago, Kobo advised users by email that a refund/credit would be forthcoming due to the publisher settlements. Any further developments?

I haven't heard anything. But, as I am in Australia, I doubt the settlement would cover me.

Since these settlements are in the American courts I would assume we will not be seeing any adjustment. We'd need our own settlements with the big publishers and I can pretty much guarantee our current government is going to have no interest in that.
