Is there an extra charge for magazine subscriptions?

Excuse what may be a very obvious question: but if you subscribe to a magazine and your Kindle (Keyboard) has free 3G, do you ALSO pay some sort of regular delivery charge on top of the actual publication subscription price?

I ask because a local newspaper is now available in Kindle format at a good subscription price. Is there anything else to pay?

As far as I know, the only "extra charges" for subscription items accrue when you subscribe to, say, US newspapers in the USA, then go abroad and receive them via 3G.

That's important to note, if you have set your account to US and receive newspapers and magazines abroad, they will charge a delivery fee...
So it's maybe a good idea to change your area and resubscribe if you want to avoid these fees..
