Newest Calibre won't install

The 0.6.32 version of Calibre seems to be failing to install on my Windows 7 64 bit computer. I get the following error "the installation package could not be opened. COntact the application vendor to verify that it is a valid windows installer package. Is there anything I can do about this?

Try downloading it again and make sure your downloading a fresh copy not the cached version from your previous download.
