calibre 4.8 ERRORS WHILE ADDING

Hello all ...

I have been using Calibre for quite some time but am now experiencing problems when attempting to add any book. I frequently receive the error message below. Sometimes by restarting my computer I can add book(s) but lately even that has failed to work.

PLS HELP!

Thanks!

calibre, version 4.8.0
