Characters missing

In CC Demo I open a bridge book. The characters 'hearts' 'diamonds' 'spades' 'clubs' are replaced by '?'. Where is the problem ?

Remember CC and CC Demo are not readers; they're just catalogue / transfer tools.

The font you're eBook reader is using does not contain glyphs for those characters.

Be aware; the developer of CC has basically abandoned CC, so think twice before purchasing or subscribing to it.
