Moon+ Simplifying for disabled reader

Hi,

I'm setting up an Android tablet for a person with limited computer experience (no experience with a tablet) and physically disabled. He had a stroke and can only use one arm- and he's shaky with it. I need to make things as simple as possible. I'm using the free version of Moon+.

When I open a book, it fills the entire screen. I know that I can press the four squares to get options, but is there a way to add a button/title bar on the page that contains a link back to the Home Page, a link to My Shelf, and, if possible, a Back button?

I'm new to Android as well, but have gone through documentation, searched online, etc. We'll try Voice commands eventually, but he mumbles so that might not work.

Thanks for any suggestions.
