Adam Karrillon (* 12. Mai 1853 in Wald-Michelbach; † 14. September 1938 in Wiesbaden) war ein deutscher Arzt und Schriftsteller, der durch Heimatromane aus dem Odenwald sowie Reiseerzählungen bekannt wurde. Er lebte lange Zeit in Weinheim an der Bergstraße, wo er 1923 Ehrenbürger wurde, und war im selben Jahr erster Träger des Georg-Büchner-Preises.
