Getting an Ebook reader in NZ? suggestions?

Hi all,

I've been looking at getting an ebook reader for a while now but so far it's been rather difficult to find a good source to buy one for a decent price.

I've been reading up on all the different readers and so far it's a toss between a Cybook Gen3 or a Sony PRS505/700..

Can anyone suggest where a good place to buy these would be? I'm leaning towards the Sony's at the moment as alot of my Ebooks are in PDF..

Cheers,

I got my Sony 505 at:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/

they had a demo version which about $240 US + $40 shipping to Australia.

The demo came in perfect condition and it was charged so I could use it straight away! Shipping was also super fast (I went with the cheapest option but it only took 6 days including weekend and 2 public holidays)

Very very happy with the service overall!

Hi i got mine to wellington nz from BH also, in about the same time. I did have to pay NZ tax (about GST I think) on it though.

Great deal!

I had to ship mine from oz www.dadirect.com. - you'll get the tax free price but then get screwed for import tax

I have bought a kindle DX and sony prs-505 from Ebay. Both arrived fine and customs / NZ Post did not charge GST. Both work great fortunately.
