AZW3 Inline TOCs not functioning correctly in v0.9.0
Both the inline TOCs created in Sigil (and carried over to AZW3 via conversion) and the inline TOCs created by calibre are exhibiting some weird behavior. namely, around the tenth inline link, it starts linking to the preceding link. That is, clicking on "Chapter Ten" will take you to "Chapter Nine", "Chapter Eleven" to "Chapter Ten", etc.
