Pimp My Read, Ep. 2: "No One Belongs Here More Than You" by Miranda July

performance artist, actress, filmmaker, screenwriter, and now author... this woman is so talented, males' testicles shrivel and fall off in comparison to her mad skills in the arts.

go to a borders or a library and check it out.

It's also available as an epub (and lrx) at the Sony ebook store, Books on Board and Fictionwise. Probably other places too. You can't be alienated the non-Kindle ebook crowd, Bro.

sorry bro.
didn't mean as a 'diss', bro.
it was insensitive of me to substitute 'kindle' as shorthand for 'ebook reader in general' - i will most likely never own a kindle. it's just sort of in my head as 'default mainstream public perception of ebook reader' ...

OT, but which ebook reader would you personally give 'props' to and recommend, bro? i sort of have it between one of the sony models, a kindle, or waiting for the plastic logic to go on sale.
i like the idea of the screen being able to survive a shoe attack or backhand slap.

No problem, but you can get in a lot of trouble for that around here (Kindle owners are the minority).

You'll find a lot more information in the Which one should I buy? forum. It depends on how you will use your reader, what you like to read and what country you live in. My biased opinion? Screen quality, portability and free content are priorities for me, so if I had to buy one (or give "props" to one) today I would get a Sony PRS-300. However, your priorities may differ.
