How do I put my search back in the right spot?
I don't know what I did but my search results are now at the top of the ebook-viewer instead of the side.

Grab the title bar for search (click and hold), then drag it to where you want. You can even drag it outside the viewer windows and drop it on a second monitor.

You can even make them float, if that floats your boat. And you can always go back to the default layout with "Reset interface" in the viewer controls.
