Last night I was looking for something to watch on Netflix and came across one of the Lord of the Rings films. I was in the mood for those so I searched for The Fellowship of the Ring, but it wasn't available. The Dutch Netflix only has Two Towers and Return of the King. I've just located my LOTR extended dvd boxset and will have a LOTR marathon in the coming days.
Meanwhile I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Ligabue's (Italian artist) latest album will be available on iTunes at midnight. It isn't available as pre-order but other Italian albums were always available on the day of release, though I've never wanted one enough to check at midnight. |

I picked up the extended version of part 1 of The Hobbit (i.e. last years film plus 15 extra minutes). Had an enjoyable Sunday evening last night watching it, and getting ready for the next film. Gosh, but I don't remember half of what was in there!

Ooh, I didn't know the extended version was out already, another thing to add to my list of things to get in Amsterdam tomorrow!
I just cleaned up the present Lexie left outside my door. I'm glad she didn't make it into my rooms, cleaning up her presents from the carpet is much harder than cleaning it from linoleum. I first started panicking when I saw how red it was, but then remembered I fed her a can of wet food with tomato sauce, which is her favourite. I'm now waiting for midnight. Hoping that the album will be available, if not I'm now sure yet how long I will wait. |

This is an "extended version" published last March or so. However, from looking around online, I *think* the soon-to-come extended version only has more "making of" videos, as Peter has only **released** 15 minutes of extra footage. Anyway, I seldom get around to watching the other extra bits, so this was sufficient for me.

I'm playing with my new toy - a Nexus 7.2 (Kit-Kat) - which I have no idea how to use - but keep tapping on symbols that mean nothing to me to see what happens. Who invented these symbols anyway?
So far I've watched movies on Netflix, got lost in YouTube, and have taken lots of 'action' photos of my cats - which I'll share if I ever figure out where they're stored and how to upload them. Or maybe I've already sent them ... somewhere .... who knows? |
