Replace motherboard, the eMMC is dead and not worth the effort to repair.
Or trade this device in on a new one from Amazon or "whoever".

Are you sure ? Am I not able to reinstall the system through Serial Ports? Only thing I did was trying to downgrad so the eMMC should work. Also I was searching in the internet and can't find any motherboard... There has to be a solution. I would be really thankful if somebody has a solution

IIRC, the KV is the earliest of the "Androidized" (a.k.a: "locked") models.

But see the thread which has happened since you last posted here:

KV is not "Androidized". PW3 is later and it isn't either.

Could be.

Has anyone attempted serial port work with it?

If it is the first, maybe it is more accessible for analysis and manipulation.

Hm, I see a file system problem that could or could not be caused by a dead eMMC. What I am not seeing is an I/O error message from the kernel indicating a HW problem.

So my guess is that the file system is screwed up.

Correct, i was able to reinstall the system via recovery menu (through serial port). Now everything works fine.
