Apple giving books away for free?

Hi all,

Was trying to find Darren Shan's Cirque du Freak series here in Canada - no luck so far.

However, he does have 3 other books available in the Canadian ibooks store (and on Kobo):

- The Thin Executioner
- Procession of the Dead
- Demonata #10 (why you can't get the first 9 is a mystery to me)

These 3 books are free in ibooks, but are $9.59, $8.19, $11.99 respectively, at Kobo.

This some sort of glitch in ibooks?

All $9.99 for US iBooks. Hey, grab 'em while you can and enjoy.

It looks like all the Cirque Books are available to us though - I didn't go look at all the prices as I find browsing the iBooks store annoying.
