Out of Whack Agency Prices - Let's Start a List!

I remember back when the PRS-500 was first released, we were able to identify some ebook prices that were out of line with paperback prices and managed to get Sony to campaign for some price changes.

The 5 agency publishers tried to mollify concerns by assuring reader that prices would adjust throughout the book's life cycle to reflect the changing of the pbook price.

I've seen a few changes for the better, but many that have changed for the worse and though it might be a good idea to start a list here that might help highlight those titles that could benefit from a price review.

I'll start with:

The Gate House, by Nelson Demille
Hardcover release October 2008 - Amazon price $18.47
Paperback release November 2009 - Amazon price $10.14 (List $14.99!)
Kindle edition - Hachette Price $14.99.
