Writer/converter to FB2 ???

Does anyone know of a conversion to FB2 ebook format (other than Book Designer)?

I've added FB2 output to Calibre for 0.6. A beta is due out sometime this weekish. So if you can wait a bit Calibre will fulfill your request. My limited testing shows it works (loading a few converted books into FBReader) however some more testing and input would be appreciated.
