The Freeman Recipe?

I would like to make a clean recipe for the monthly magazine The Freeman (http://www.thefreemanonline.org/arch...=60&Type=Issue) using the archive of every issue. Unfortunately there is no special RSS-Feed. The delivered RSS-Feed collects all articles of this webpage not only the magazine arcticles. Some helpful recommendations?
