Mysteries & Thrillers from Algonquin Books for $1.99 each. These are being shown as one of the Kindle Daily Deals but it appears to be an Algonquin sale. Prices the same at Kobo and B&N. Kobo coupon bargainmoose40 for 40% off is still working (until 1/1/2013), bringing the price down to $1.19 each.

Actually it looks like Amazon has all or a bunch of their Thomas & Mercer imprint on sale (besides the Ian Fleming books), starting at $.99.
ETA: Be careful -- some of these are singles or serials. Of note, the GM Ford Leo Waterman books that were on sale for $2.99 a couple of months ago are now $1.99. Last edited by NightBird; 12-30-2012 at 02:20 AM. |

Big Easy Bonanza is an omnibus with three novels (two by Julie Smith and one by Tony Dunbar) and a short story (by Smith). All set, of course, in New Orleans. It's $3.99 at Amazon.
The two novels by Smith have been freebies in the past, and her books do seem to sort of rotate through being occasional freebies, so if you are patient, they might be free again. Info on this in this MR thread. Right now all three novels are $2.99 individually at Amazon and the short story is $0.99, so if you already have a couple, the omnibus is not a bargain, but if you don't have any of them, and you don't want to wait and see if the Smith novels go free again, $3.99 might not be bad. Here's the info on the books/short story: Quote:
