Trace conversion option from the Claibre GUI (to use with ebook-convert)

I'd like to have a functionality to trace from the Calibre GUI the conversion options and use them with the command line "ebook-convert". Maybe it already exists but I don't know and so I'm sorry if this question is duplicated...

Thanks a lot for the advice, but I can see the options in the form "{'...', '...', ... }

Is there a way to translate in a compatible format for the ebook-convert.exe?
