export annotation, add note on Neo
Hi!
As a new Neo user I would like to ask for some support. I am a researcher and my goal is to annotate and to add notes to pdfs and epubs. How can I export annotations and view them on PC (especially under Ubuntu)? How can I add notes with virtual keyboard? Which is the best way to convert pdfs (mostly scanned articles) to epub to handle them faster? How to delete header and footer? Thank you! Last edited by langmarp; 07-09-2010 at 09:34 AM. |

Adding notes with the keyboard: not sure. Converting pdfs to epub: Calibre can, but if they're just scanned images (without any OCRing) then I would recommend it; even text-based ones aren't that great at being converted unless they were specifically designed for being ebooks.
