PRS-300 Screen Frozen, Reader blocks my PC when star the library

Hi,
I have a PRS 300 since February 24th, but only works for 3 days (few hours),one day the screen appears blank, I connected to USB port , and a Opening Book message appears on it, I made soft and hard reset but nothing happens, I get a wall charger PSP Sony original, still for one day charging and made reset and nothing happen, I'm sure is not a battery problem because the red light goes out. I install and deinstall the library, I run a new firmware (3.01), I deleted all the suspicious files (including PDF's) when reach access files on my pc (many times not recognice reader). Always when I connect the reader to the PC, two windows open at same time, If you ignore them, or select open files, you can access reader files, but Why appears the second window to fix the reader unit?
The device opens the software (reader library) but doesn't appears the reader icon on library, and many time the PC blocks windows explorer and you need to disconnect usb cable and restart . I hope somebody can help me!!!
