Table of contents in comments

Hello,

I am new in this Forum but have a Question
in Calibre if I have a Story Collection I type in
author, title and original title in comments.
In Calibre 3 author and title are close together, in Calibre 4 it looks like two lines (look at the pictures). Normal text is close together. What can I do? In an Editor there are no second lines.

This has been reported. It has to do with the change Calibre had to make from Webkit.
The default for a <p> tag has a non-zero top/bottom margin. I don't remember where it can be overridden.
OTOH if you use <br /> (in the HTML view) instead putting each on a newline, it behaves like a single Paragraph

Kovid Goyal has made some changes over the past few days to address this specific issue, they will be in the next release.

You might also need to add a line to the Book Details styling:
