Dazrin’s First Things goes first, in August, as suggested.

Ya Gotta Believe: Life of the Spirit in October, for baseball and ghosts.

Books Like Onions in November, for American Thanksgiving and creamed onions and turkey stuffing.

Takes Two to Tango for Valentine's Day in February, leaving

I'd Rather Be Reading for January, because wouldn't we?

Obviously this is tongue in cheek, but unless there's a personal conflict or an unfortunate juxtaposition, I figured it might work.

Sounds fine to me.

(The other option being themes in one hat, months in another hat, and then shake well and pull from each to make pairings. That would work too.

I've updated the schedule to reflect the most recent posts. It can still be changed, but let's assume that it's fixed as proposed by the last day of the month if there's no additional commentary. Hope that works for everyone.

Unless I am missing it, do we have something for September? We could do something that is a nice play on Labor/Labour (depending on your geographical spelling) - perhaps Labor of Love. It is a nice open topic and coincides with the American Labor Day holiday.
