Can't load calibre in Developer Mode
Hi everyone.
I've seen that calibre is being ported to python3. Is Developer Mode changed in some way? Is it inoperable right now? When I try to load the GUI, it says "Python function terminated unexpectedly. No module named bs4 (Error code: 1)". I have python3 and bs4 on my system. I'm running Windows 10 Pro x64. I can successfully import bs4 from python3 console. What is the problem? |

Calibre uses its own Python, so whatever you have on the machine is immaterial. In this case, there has been a recent change to BeautifulSoup so that needed binaries are missing. Install the recent beta will fix it. Or wait for the next release.
