Interesting that the Table of Contents links betray that this was compiled in calibre, e.g.:

So I take it I could simply curl this into an EPUB if I wanted to try reading it on an ereader?

You can do that regardless of how the page was created.
I'm partial to the WebToEpub Firefox and Chrome extension.

However, it might take some work to split the single page into several epub pages.

Sigil can manage this easily enough: set marks at each chapter break, then split at marks.

I mainly use WebToEpub to collect multi-page content, but for a single page it does seem more sensible to use a different tool.

But Rucker now updated the page to include proper ebook files

My paperback edition has lovely reflective silver mirrorshades on the cover. Shame you can't get that effect in the ebook...

I'm willing to bet a skilled Photoshop artist could get it much closer to the book, but all you have is me at the moment. At least I could manage to make it white again (and I found a larger source image):

A better approximation would be a 3D shader-powered reflection that changes based on the accelerometer of a phone. A web browser can access it and I think it should be supported by EPUB3, but definitely not on e-ink readers.
