I've found the font by default in the Windows version of calibre 7. Tomorrow I'll edit the font and see if that works to solve your problem.

Is this line height OK for you? If it is, I can let you have a copy of the edited font. I've just edited the regular version. But I'll do the other three if you are OK with it.
