I prefer to make my own. It tastes so much better.

I can see the following information as being something that at least a couple of different persons would want to know:
1) Someone who is compiling a recipebook, which they intend to sell or at least otherwise distribute.
2) Someone who intends to post one or more recipes on a website (I am all but certain that that has been done, quite some time back, more than once, on this thread).

I ran across the results of a legal case, heard by a U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. It concerned a company, called Publications International Ltd. ("PIL" from this point forward), which published recipebooks (and still does publish, I'm almost certain) and Dannon Yogurt ("DY" from this point forward) which had a copyrighted book of recipes using yogurt.

Seems that PIL had taken and used, in a book that they had published, one or more recipes found in that recipebook of DY's. DY sued PIL. The District Court ruled in favor of DY.

PIL appealed to the Circuit Court. It ruled in favor of PIL. That decision was in 1996, which seems like "eons" ago. However, I found nothing to indicate that the Supreme Court (the next step up from the Circuit Court in the appeals process) ever heard an appeal to that case.

Here are a couple of articles freely available on the Internet about the Circuit Court's decision:
https://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-7th-circuit/1278644.html.
http://https://www.rcfp.org/recipe-copyrighted-collection-lacks-individual-protection/.

I did a pretty extensive search of Dannon's websites (http://www.dannon.com and http://dannonyogurt.com (those are not mirror sites, or at least landing pages aren't)), and did not find any evidence of any recipebook (free or otherwise) that they currently publish. However, there are recipes on their website(s), that you can see by following a link at this URL:
http://www.dannonyogurt.com/recipes/.
