ebookwise died I think????

Help My ebookwise reader died. I turned it on this morning and all I got was a blank lit screen no books no nothing. Then it would not turn off. Tried reset button and would turn off but if I turn it on will not go out again. Help I have only had it for 7 months.

Try this:

1) Remove the memory card from the unit.
2) Plug device into wall.
3) Hold reset button for 5-6 seconds.
4) Power device on.

WHen I first got my ebookwise and turned it on for the first time that's what solved it for me. Once it was working turn device back off, insert memory card and all was well again.

Mine died like that. Ebookwise replaced it quickly, no questions asked.
