Jailbreaking 5.3.7.2
There have been several Jailbreak trouble reports today, all on this specific version of the Amazon firmware.

First thing to try:
Remove USB cable and re-boot. (that fixed one of the problem reports) |

Works for me, AFAIR, so I'd go with PEBCAK?
EDIT: Can't remember if that one suffers from the otaupd crashes, but if it does, rebooting and trying again usually does the trick. |
