Hi

I am using Kindle comic creator for Japanese manga books. It was creating only the KF8 mobi file. But i need Fixed Layout ePub file to be created. Is there any ePub Comic Creator or any other solutions.?

Fixed Layout ePUB file for which vendor? Each and every retailer/vendor has their own set of specs (specifications) and coding for its own version of "fixed format." So, where are you trying to sell these?

Yes, but what is your intended platform? Like Hitch said, fixed-format is really depending on the platform. Each vendor has their own version and there is no 'official' version,

Like Toxaris says: basically, each device has its own sets of specifications, and no two are alike. And, no: there is no Comic Creator for ePUB, in short, and you cannot use KCC (Kindle Comic Creator) to successfully make a FF comic-book ePUB (or fixed-format of any kind).

All the existing "convert your PDF to Fixed-Format!" insta-magic-makers out there don't do anything but assemble pages, like iAuthor, really; no speech bubble enlargement, no slicing the panels, none of that. Trust me, I beta test them all.
