912er Cover

Hallo zusammen!

Nun ist mein 912 ein paar Tage vor Weihnachten angekommen und ist schon rege in Benutzung Nur der Staub macht ihm zu schaffen, weshalb ich mir jetzt noch eine Hülle zulegen vermag...
Zur Auswahl stehen:

b) die Orginale von Pocketbook

Nur finde ich auf der Seite von Pocketbook keine Informationen, in wieweit es sich bei der Verarbeitung um Kunstleder handelt, noch wie es um die Innenverarbeitung steht... wenn dort auch wer Bilder posten könnte, wäre ich sehr dankbar!

Und meine zweite Frage wäre:
Für meinen PRS 650 besitze ich eine solche Hülle:

Gerade durch die Polsterung gut zum Transport - gibt es soetwas für den Pocketbook auch? Er wird viel mit auf Reisen gehen und im Rucksack verwahrt sein.... wäre ein guter Schutz vorteilhaft

Bei ihr wurde Kunstleder verarbeitet. Vorteil ist die verstärkte Vorderplatte. Aber a) und b) sind beide gut, für a) spricht natürlich der günstigere Preis.

Ich selbst habe b) und zusätzlich noch diese hier

und benutze beide gleichzeitig. Das mag jetzt vielleicht etwas nach overkill aussehen, aber die zweite Hülle polstert sehr gut und schützt zusätzlich noch vor Staub und Krümeln und was sonst noch so manchmal im Rücksack rumschwirrt.

ich habe das hier seit 'nem knappen Jahr für PB902 und PB912 im Einsatz und kann mir nichts besseres vorstellen. Perfekter Sitz, perfekter Schutz, schickes Aussehen:

Eigentlich habe keine Verfarbungen von dem Tuff-Luv Cover gesehen. Ich habe schon mehr als einen Jahr mein PB IQ/701 Weiss in Tuff-Luv 'Faux/Veggie leather Flip style case' aber 'Faux/Veggie leather' ist kunstlicher und kein naturliches Leder. Trotzdem ist es ein Prima-cover (!), ich kann es ruhig sagen fast besser als naturliches Ledercover (falls es gibt so etwas noch). In jeden Fall, wenn man einen echten Ledercover von Tuff-Luv sucht muss man Saddle-leather cover verlangen und ein doppeltes Preis bezahlen.

Echtes leder hat auch noch den zusätzlichen Nachteil, das es leider sehr schnell ausleiert, es sei denn es ist vernünftig kaschiert, aber dann riecht es erstmal wieder nach Kleber und nicht nach Leder

Ist ne gute Idee. Habe ja das Tuff-Luv mit "Buchstützenfunktion" (hier). Das Gerät ist vom Leder voll eingefasst und ich muss sagen, bei hartem seitlichen Lichteinfall (Leselampe am Bett) werden durch das Leder schon mal 5 mm vom Rand her abgeschattet. Ist jetzt nicht sooo das Problem aber ein wenig stört es schon.

Und unten ist es halt "offen" (beonders auch an den Ecken). Da muss man schon dran denken, dass man es "kopfüber" in den Rucksack oder die Tasche steckt - tja, wodurch sich das Gerät dann u.U. einschaltet Das (Kunst-)Leder ist an dieser Stelle doch sehr weich.

So einen "Sleeve" gibt es für alle möglichen Notebooks, TabPC's, und die Gebrüder Albrecht haben sowas für ein paar Euronen auch immer wieder mal im Sortiment. Sollte kein Prob sein für ein 10''-Gerät so was bei jedem M*- oder S*-Markt zu bekommen.

Mir ist mit einem Premium Cover für mein 602 genau das passiert, allerdings hab ich es nicht mehr erwischt.
Die gute Nachricht: in deiner Version passiert wahrscheinlich nichts, die Klammern halten bombenfest,
Die Schlechte: Eine Klammer ist beim Aufprall abgebrochen, der Sitz des Gerätes war danach leider nur noch mangelhaft.
Allerdings hatten die Premium Cover für die 60x Serie einen etwas anderen Aufbau als das von Fork gezeigte Modell

... das glaubst du Hatte jetzt eine Netbooktasche, die allerdings den Nachteil hatte, auf der Oberseite keine Polsterung zu haben - war mir zu unsicher, weshalb ich mich dann bei Tablethüllen umgesehen habe... passen tuen schon einige (wenn auch nur knapp), aber der (außerst bescheidene) Ein- und Ausschalter des Readers war dann dauerhaft gedrückt - unschön!
