IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied

Since updating to 0.6.41 and 0.6.42, though that may be a coincidence, I keep getting these errors when uploading files to my PRS-600:

  File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 233, in _upload_books
  File "site-packages\calibre\devices\prs505\driver.py", line 135, in upload_books
  File "site-packages\calibre\devices\usbms\cli.py", line 60, in put_file
IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied

It seems the problem only appears when I try uploading 4 books or more in a batch. I haven't had the error when uploading books one by one.

I tried formatting the internal memory of my reader, but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

Does this also happen if you send to the SD card instead?

I don't know but I'll get my hands on one to try.

In the meantime, it seems that running Calibre as Administrator solves the problem, I was just able to upload a batch of 28 books without the error. Strange though because I never had to do that before and haven't changed anything on this PC.

nevermind, the error also appears when running as administrator, I must have just gotten lucky with the previous batch.
