Yes, Lounge certainly gives a feeling of relaxing, but then it is used elsewhere on MobileRead, so probably shouldn't be used in this case. And I suspect a lot of people would need to go away and look up what the heck a proem was, which mightn't feel very welcoming.

I'm with June: Conference Room sounds like work, not like a chat room in a library. Another thought:

"Proem" is entirely optional. I was just be a smart a... person.

I did wonder about the existing lounge sub-forum being a problem.

New Leaf Book Club: Coffee Room

Of course that might not be much good for those that don't like coffee, or those that are trying to give it up and don't want to be reminded, or those that are allergic to it.

New Leaf Book Club: Members' Bar

No good for the non-drinkers, maybe.

New Leaf Book Club: Reception and Waiting Room

Sounds a bit too much like a dentist.

New Leaf Book Club: Gossip Column

That might work, although some people don't like to be thought of as gossips.
