Hierarchical Grouping Not Working as expected
Using CC on Android and hoping to create a hierarchical grouping that shows Series and then Read/Unread status within that series.
I have created a custom column in Calibre called Series Read Status, and it's populated based on the values of the 'series' and 'read' columns. See screenshot 1. This custom field works as expected in the Calibre tag browser. See screenshot 2. I have synced CC and selected the field to be group hierarchically. See screenshot 3. I was hoping to see the same grouping in CC that I see in the Calibre tag browser. However, what I'm getting is a line item for each read status for each series. For example, see series Die in screenshot 4. Am I missing something, or is this the expected behavior. Based on the FAQ I was expecting to see the same function as the Calibre tag browser: http://faq.calibrecompanion.co/index...lution_id=1085 |

You might not have noticed the line in the FAQ: "Hierarchy is shown only if the "Group by first letters" box is checked." It isn't checked in your screen capture.
