Talking calibre error

i am user of calibre since last one year find it very comfortable and nice

my system is 64 bit os x 64 bit processor window 8

but since then i getting this error mine av is disabled

calibre, version 3.22.1

i have uninstalled repaired and reinstalled but same error
avidreadr is offline
