Its PID won't work at FictionWise, but it can be used to checkout lending library ebooks and to mobidedrm DRMed AZW ebooks from Amazon. The Wiki: Visual Kindle Guide no longer contains detailed instructions, but it should be enough to put you on the right track.

The solution is to install Mobipocket Desktop Reader and use the PID from there to buy Mobipocket eBooks and then you'll have the PID needed to strip the DRM.
