while "Save to Disk", OPF document not opening in my computer

While executing "Save to Disk", OPF document not opening in my computer.

Request to help

Error as follows

An .opf file is not an ebook which may explain why you are having a problem. Instead such a file only contains metadata about a book.

Have you tried opening the file in the Calibre Editor and running Check Book and then have Calibre automatically fix any errors found? I don't know if this will help, but I think it's worth a try.
