Firmware update 5.10.1.3
Firmware update to 5.10.1.3 for PW4 (Paperwhite 10th generation) has been detected as direct link only:

No information on the Software Updates page so far.

New PW4s are receiving this version by OTA as well.

I just did a google search for information on this update. It doesn't seem to be on the USA Amazon site. I was only able to find it on India's site. I think it was India. It's www.amazon.in.

Anyway I don't think I'll install it till I know a bit more.

I compared the What's New list for version 5.10.1.2 at amazon.com with 5.10.1.3 at amazon.in and found one difference.

The list for 5.10.1.3 is missing: "Return borrowed books: You can return Kindle Owners’ Lending Library books from within your library by long pressing on a borrowed book and selecting return."

The Lending Library isn't available in India. However, that item is on the "What's new" list in Settings > Menu > Device Info for 5.10.1.3 (US).

It also introduces support for two new unidentified PW4 variants, bringing the total to 15, just like the Oasis 2. -_-".
