Lightbulb Convert multiple html files with assets to EPUB3

how can i convert multiple HTML files with their own assets(CSS/js/font/images) into epub3

I already have tried caliber and
Code:
ebook-convert input.html output.epub
but a lot of assets are missing and it ignores js

so what the best way to convert like 10 HTML files and each is depending on js/CSS/font/images?

JS is not supported. images and styles are automatically added.

I used Calibre to convert my HTML file to epub and check it with its viewer
and I notice that a lot of syles are missing !!!!
so I check the created ebook's files using calibre local editor
and what I came up with is all div's class has changed (it add calibre1 to each div or change content-block to content-block1 for example )

so is there any option to ignore those changes?
mean force calibre to import the file without adding any additional class or divs.
