Why not more mAh in the eink Batteries?

I am wondering, why the batteries of the eink devices only have 760 or 1100 mAh. My photobatteries have 2800. Anyone know, what reasons you could have, not to use bigger batteries?

damn, youre fast. Could be a reason. Anyone know, what voltage the iLiad uses? I would guess something around 3.7 Volts? And using 3 or 4 normal AA batteries, would already cover that. (And you could simply exchange those.) But they would weigh about a 100 gramms. So i guess it could be.
