Thank you.

I checked this out from the library and enjoy the content so much (and the quality of binding) that it became a must for the home library. I intended to buy a new copy and did, but clicked on the collectible heading just for fun.

Not sure when the forward was written as there is no date at the conclusion and no reference on the copyright page. It seems ambiguous enough that it could have been from another work and the tense speaks of Highsmith in the present, which naturally would have been the case.
