Unresponsive Kobo Touch
Hey guys,
My KT suddenly turned off while I was in the middle of reading a book and turned on again but started showing the 'What's New!' message you get when you update the firmware although I didn't update anything.

This has happened a couple times before but this time the screen is stuck and is not responding at all. When I slide the power button it just flashes blue and nothing happens.

I tried resetting but the LED just flashes red twice and that's it.

Does anyone know how to get it working again?

First try plugging it in and charge it.

I tried plugging it in but nothing happens, the LED just changes between green and blue.

Anything other suggestions?
