I'm using a Libra 2 and I have some nightly build. I too had the crashing on ToC and Bookmarks. But I just tried to make it crash and it's not crashing.

@poire-z reminded me that we have an open issue about mystery crashes that go away when wifi is enabled. O.o

I've posted a crash log here.

Plato Hangs: Kobo Touch 905C

Is Plato intended for the Touch 905C?
I installed it through the one-click script with KOReader. Plato launches but hangs at the first screen, then needs restarting the Kobo to return to the regular Nickel screen. (KOReader works ok.)
The Plato Readme on github says the Touch C is supported. Not sure what model that is.

Launch Plato, let it crash, then post the log file to the Plato dedicated thread. The dev reads that thread. The log file is in .adds/plato iirc

There's unfortunately a touch protocol regression since Plato 0.9.21 that affects the following models: Touch, Glo, Mini, Aura HD.

It will be fixed in Plato 0.9.25.

Hmmm...I'm trying to re-download Koreader right now and am getting an error whenever I click to download the package for either Koreader/Plato or just Koreader. Error says "Not Found - The resource could not be found." Anybody else experiencing this?

Refresh the page (without browser cache). I've just pushed updated packages for the KOReader release, so you may be hitting old URLs.

I had this problem and I found that letting it take its time worked.

My guess is that it was just processing my many books for the first time start.

When I installed this on my Kobo Libra 2, the Libra found all the files within the folders and thinks they're relevant files to list in my library like Align and KOREADER and other files associated with KO Reader and PLATO, is there a way to get the library to ignore it? It shows up as entries in the library on my Calibre, luckly on KO READER it doesn't think all those files are books.

I'd appreciate any fix though.

Read the first and second message in this thread. In the first message, pay attention to item #4. The one that reads: (NOTE: On FW >= 4.17, you'll need to prevent Nickel from scanning *nix hidden folders. Then try reinstalling using the scripts from the second message. Since Nickel will delete files when they disappear, you may have to run the install script twice.

Hello.

I installed Koreader on Kobo Sage but my books are not showing up.
When I turn the device off and then on, the books appear on the normal screen before starting Koreader. But it doesn't show up when I switch to Koreader.
Also, when the device is connected to the computer, the books do not appear.

I had uploaded all my books with Dropbox.

KOReader works with folders, like your computer. By default the home folder is /mnt/onboard, which is equivalent to where your computer will open the device if you connect it to USB.

I don't know where these Dropbox books would be, but presumably in some subdirectory. You might need to show hidden files in that case.
