Help! Is there a way to force K2 screen refresh.
My K2 screen seems to have burn-in from the screen saver pic. The upper right quadrant of the screen is now malfunctioning as pictured.
Is there anyway to force a screen refresh? The 15 second reset had no effect. Restarting the system did not help either. If anybody has experienced a similar problem, can this be corrected by the end user? |

ALT + G is meant to do a screen refresh
I have seen pics of screens like this before with other e-ink devices and yes I agree that contacting amazon is a good idea. |
