How to send Many ebooks to ipad with version 3.9

Hello,
With the new version of Caliber, it is no longer possible to connect with an older version of itunes.
How do I send 100 or 200 ebooks at once?
With the Caliber Companion program installed on my ipad, the books remain in this program.
After, I have to send them one by one to the iBooks reading program?
It's rather complicated.
If someone has an idea?

If you want to use older versions of itunes use older versions of calibre. Or use the connect to folder function in calibre with dropbox. Or use any reading app that can connect to the calibre content server, they will likely have some way to download multiple books at once.

I will try with the connection method with a directory and Dropbox.

CC can download many books at the same time. It hands the books to reader apps when you choose to read the book, something done one at a time. As CC is intended to be the device library manager, this is correct behavior. CC isn't intended to be used as a transport for iBooks.
