Green Grass Newbie Questions
As mentioned in the "Calibre for Audiobooks" post, my failing eyesight is forcing me to switch to audiobooks. That said, I have a bunch of questions concerning MP3/Audiobook players.
Is there a player that y'all would recommend that: 1. Can play M4B files? (The Specs of players on Amazon all seem to list only MP3, WAV, FLAC, WMA, or AVI files). 2. And is Micro SD card expandable, 3. And can be used with both Bluetooth and wired headphones ILO ear buds (obviously not both headphones at the same time), 4. And has the capability for pause and resume reading. Thank y'all in advance! |

Go to Amazon and search for mp3 players. On the left click the price range you want. Then choose supported standards and see more. Check the box MP4 and you will have lots to choose from.

You'll struggle to find a simple mp3 player device that supports M4B files. And if you find one, it likely won't play them well and will have a tiny screen that's hard to read and navigate.
I think you'd be better off with a budget Android phone for this purpose. The "Smart Audiobook player" app will play M4B files. Last edited by neil_swann80; 03-12-2024 at 09:35 AM. |
