column-count-span:all for <H!>
I ran across column-count-span:all and was wondering if there were a way to show a header full width when viewing in dual or even triple column mode. I tried it out, setting the viewer to 2 column view. It did not work in the old viewer or in the content server either. I am using Chromium. Dual column shows up fine in the editor if done on a by-paragraph basis, but the viewer in the editor does not paginate.

The viewers paginate by setting columns on the body element. I have no idea whether column span will work with that or not, never tried it.
