Print Not Working (nor print to PDF)

Hey guys, I can't seem to get the print function to work within the Calibre reader. I've tried printing different pages to the printer and to pdf. They're blank in both places. The book in question is a Baen book that I purchased and has no DRM.

Has anyone been able to make the print function work?

If not, can you suggest a better reader for the PC?

Have you tried a slightly different approach.... Do a conversion of the book in question to PDF and then, print the PDF.

Tried it before I posted. The PDF was completely blank all 300+ pages.

Thats strange. I saw the same problem in the Calibre Reader but a conversion of an ePub to PDF worked perfectly.
