Pocketbook Inkpad 840 firmware
Hi all

Recently I bought used pocketbook inkpad 840 with damaged display. I repaired the display but meanwhile I lost internal SD card with firmware. I unpacked FWUPDATE.bin with "pbfwsplit.pl" script from this side: http://fedor.yu.wildpark.net/?p=257, but how to deploy images to SD card ? Maybe anybody has image of internal SD card (e.g. prepared with dd tool).

The image will not help you as it is linked to the CID of the SD card. I explained it in this thread ways to revitalize Pocketbooks with internal SD:

Easiest and most affordable way seems to me to contact pocketbook and ask for a new image for a MicroSD, you already have. Please keep us informed how it went.

Thanks for response. What part of firmware is protected against serial number? I have some knowlede about embeded linux, I think I may try to execute it on my device. I need just to know expected SD card layout.
