I get the same, Amazon.jp logins do not appear to be synchronised with the other sites.

Thanks. It seems that amazon.jp is the "odd one out".

No. Gift certificates are site-specific. But you can use a UK login to buy a gift certificate on amazon.com, for example (or vice versa).

I'm always glad to see another Amazon webstore option.

Yes but usually translators do a poor job and the result is strange to read.

Dutch is not exactly the most spoken language in the world, regardless of how nice Dutch people may be.
Deal with it and move on. |

Well a debate on the use of languages in the world is worthy of its own thread don't you think ?
But quick answer, if you take into account all that speak English both natives and learners, I think English is the most spoken language in the world. |

From what I understand, the shop may not open before the end of 2012 or the beginning of 2013. Now maybe they are waiting to open it, in order to offer the Fire as well as the new Kindle (K6 anyone ?) in Europe at the same time. Just an idea, but until now Amazon has been very good at optimizing their PR costs and often used regional shop opening to launch new products at the same time.
Just my 2 cts... |
